The purchase

Capybara Pet is sold as a one-time purchase. Payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, which also handles sales tax and VAT. When you buy, you receive a personal activation code by email.

Your license

Your code lets you use Capybara Pet on up to 3 computers you own or use, on macOS or Windows.
It includes all future updates to Capybara Pet. There is no subscription.
Please don't share, resell or publish your code, and don't redistribute or modify the app.
Codes that are refunded, charged back or shared publicly may be deactivated.

Privacy

The app has no telemetry and never records what you type, only that a key was pressed. To check your license it sends your activation code and a device name to Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy's own privacy policy covers your payment details.

No warranty

Capybara Pet is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, the developer isn't liable for any damages arising from its use. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.
